Jessica Jefferies Casting needs to store some personal data in order to work as a casting director/company. This page explains how & what we do with the data we collect during our casting process.

When working with an actor on a production, Jessica Jefferies Casting acquires the actor's contact information (Address, email address and phone number - when necessary) from the actor's talent representative upon the request of the hiring production company. The actor's information is passed to said production company, for the completion of all relative production documents for example - agreements, contracts, call sheets, transport, accommodation and legal documents. We only share data with verified individuals who require it for production purposes. Upon the completion of the casting process JJC no longer stores or holds any of the actor's personal information.

We are GDPR compliant and require any third parties we deal with to confirm they are also GDPR compliant before we can share any personal data with them. We only share information which is essential for engaging an actor on a specific production, and we expect this data to be deleted as soon as it is no longer required.
